        Passive income is the earnings derived from an enterprise in which a person is not actively involved. This isn't fully true. Passive income (-Link) demands an initial work to establish the enterprise to work on its own. The income from the action depends on the person involved. If you are the one working at the infant of the income generation, you will be the one to get benefited and that income is passive for you. But the one work for your enterprise will get a income of type which is active. So, Passive isn't fully automated.

There are lot many ways you can create your automated income, some are:

• Online- Blogging,Online Courses,Store,Affiliate marketing, Loyalty income.
• Offline- Service based, Store,etc.

                Building your income online takes time but it makes you earn exponentially when you increase the eye traffic to your link which can only be done by valuable content. Ads are the main element where you make money for every click and no wonder why google helps you. Ad-sense will get you random ads without your direct actions made to it. Reconcile the demand with the content you really want to write.

                

If you are good at something don't do it for free.

Teach online

                Offer your expertise to assist others via a collective pack (course) by making visual or audio contents.Teach what have you learnt all your time to excel in your domain. The course should be an all rounder. Remember, demand can only be satisfied by supply, If you satisfy their needs you get the payment.

Accessing your from their couch

                Your own online store, Sounds nice but it needs high quality time to be put in to get average results. Sales on art pieces, Portraits, various Landscapes and artifacts will drive people to your site. You may think how will it be passive. Once your site gets a trust worthy and a regular base of customers you can bring in artists who struggle to sell their pieces and get a commission on that. Ads are a big NO on these sites. If you choose to sell anything other than art,you can sure wish to be the next JEFF BEZOS.

Socialize

                Affiliate marketing is the process of earning a commission by promoting other people's product or the brand- the definition from wiki. Some products or companies lack in establishment of their name or professionally the brand. You can help them gain traffic and get a commission which is almost like allowing your site to post indirect ads. You can earn through 

commissions — as a percentage of sales — or fixed rates per purchase that product or service providers give you whenever your readers click a link in your web or blog page’s content, are directed to the provider’s website and buy the product or service being offered in it.

                When you are a highly thoughtful person and can transform them into a pack of audios or a hard copy of it, will bring you the loyalty income which will pay you even when you are not working on the content. Make sure the content will always be the thing which gets adapted to any point in the timeline of its availability.

• Physical form - Books
• Digital form - Audio books(Audible) or digital copies(Kindle).

Kindle and audible provides you with a service which has its foot prints all over the world.

OFFLINE:

                    The offline way of building an income is difficult comparatively.  You won't get the exposure of an online enterprise gets and investment on the retail property should be done, but, when people see you in person there's an opportunity for building trust and word of mouth ,a point to be noted which is a free advertising agency. 

                    When your service excels you will cover a circle of your location, Example- when you own a departmental store which holds value when you serve the same customer with all your 5 star rated aim. How good your service will be is one of the key factor to get free advertisements. Lamborghini and Ferrari won't advertise that's how your service/product should be.

                    Setting up your offline store involves the same process instead of site it's the store steps. As mentioned earlier you can have repeated customers depending on how you run your store.

You may think all these ideas will need work to be put in. Yes, but only for a short time. No one will give you money for free or will over pay you for the worst product/service you provide. Remember, every penny you earn is from your hard work. Don't expect results for months, just be consistent and put in your quality time to achieve the passiveness. Always aim for the long term, short term will not pay you in long term. Being old school works always but demands patience.
